Beverly Lanzetta officiating. Parents of the couple are Burt R. and Sid Margo and Wendy Riskedahl, Donnell, Bismarck, Placerville, Calif.

Attending the bride was Alicia Alpensels, Boulder, Colo. Attending the bridegroom was Mark Riskedahl, Minneapolis. The bride is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, and the University of Colorado, Boulder. The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of California, Chico. The couple lives in Tucson and both a are attending graduate school at the University of Arizona.

Cheryl and Justin Pleinis Smith-Pleinis Cheryl Smith and Justin Pleinis were married Jan. 4 in Stanton with the Rev. Scott Langager officiating. Parents of the couple are Don and Dianne Smith, Stanton, and Marvin and Janet Pleinis, McLaughlin, S.D. Senechal, a graduate of Bismarck State College, is employed with Wilson's Auto Detailing, 1 Bismarck. The wedding will be April 19 at St. Anne's Church. Denise Thompson, John Kaelberer Thompson-Kaelberer Paul and Patricia Thompson, Beach, announce the engagement of their daughter, Denise Annette Thompson, to John Bryan Kaelberer, son of Henry and Carol Kaelberer, New Salem. Thompson, a graduate of University of Mary and University of Wisconsin, is employed with Medcenter One.

Parents of the couple are Sherry Fink and Mike Fink, both of Bismarck, and David and Joyce Fetch, Mandan. Fink, a graduate of Bismarck High School, attended Hamline University and North Dakota State University, and is employed with AAA Auto Club, Newport Beach, Calif.

Fetch, a graduate of Mandan High School, attended North Dakota State College of Science-Wahpeton and NDSU, and is employed with Alliance International, Tustin, Calif. Stark resident in chiropractics Tim Stark, a 1995 graduate of Northwestern Chiropractic College, and son of Warren and Barbara Stark of Bismarck, is the school's new resident in sports chiropractic and rehabilitation, the first residency of its kind in the United States, a according to Northwestern.
