Page 24-Tuosday, June 27, 1972 The BISMARCK TRIBUNE AREA bEATHS Joe Sivak, 74, Dunn County Fight Death Investigated Special to The Tribune HALLIDAY Dunn County authorities Tuesday were awaiting the results of an autopsy in Bismarck to determine whether any charges would be filed upon the death in Bismarck Sunday night of Nathaniel Fredericks, 30, of Halliday. M. Bergerud, Dunn County states attorney, said Fredericks was hospitalized following a fight May 18 in We're Ming Overtime 0 0 0 0 1914. Her husband died in 1967. She leaves three daughters, Mrs.

Mary Collins, Great Falls, Mont. Mrs. Viola Grose, Napa, and Mrs, Sadie Bleick, Mott; seven sons, John, Allan and Clyde, all of Mott; Wilmer, Gillette, Lawrence, Gold Creek, Ray, New Leipzig, and Floyd, McLean, 26 grandchildren, 37 greatgrandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Smith, Montevideo, and Mrs.

Ruth Alne, Everette, and a brother, Albert Arvidson, Winfred, S.D. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church, Mott, with the Rev. Henry Goldsack officiating. Burial will be at the Sunny Slope Cemetery and Curtis Burwick, Leslie, Marion, Ronald, Richard, and Kerry Dale Swindler will be pallbearers.

He married Dora Pavlenko at Medora Aug. 29, 1934. She died in 1970. He farmed near Fairfield for many years. He leaves a son, Joseph, Fairfield; three daughters, Mrs.

Clinton (Dorothy) Merrick, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Mrs. Dick (Vernie) Olson, Prior Lake, and Mrs. Edwin (Eva) Hecker, Dickinson; seven stepdaughter, Mrs. John (Agnes) Gayda, Coon Rapids, Mrs. Roy (Ann) Olheiser, New Brighton, Mrs.

Dick (Rose) Smisek, Coon Rapids, Mrs. Harry (Mary) Bilyow, Bloomington, Mrs. Alfred (Katherine) Kadrmas, Fairfield, Mrs. Bill (Frances) Tiggas, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Don (Alice) Somrak, Aurora, Ohio, and a step-son, Tony Stekar, Billings, Mont.

He also leaves a brother, John Sivak, Belfield, and a sister Mrs. Marie Jacque, Bismarck. A rosary will be said at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday by family and friends. (Mischel-Olsen Chapel, Dickinson) Edward Cinder Of Dickinson Edward Cinder, 50, Dickinson, died Saturday evening at Joseph's Hospital, Dickinson, after an illness of 18 years.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Wen-ceslaus Catholic Church, Dickinson, with the Rev. Adolph Pribyl officiating. Burial will be in St.

Wencelaus Catholic Cemetery and nephews will be pallbearers. Mr. Cinder was born to Mr, and Mrs. Frank Cinder at New Hradec on April 26, 1922. He moved with his parents to a farm near South Heart and later to Belfield, farming near there.

He married Adeline Roth at Belfield on May 25, 1954. In 1966, he moved to Dickinson. Mr. Cinder was a member of the Dickinson Knights of Columbus. He leaves his wife; a son, Donald, and a duaghter, Betty Jane, all at home.

He also leaves four sisters, Mrs. Harold (Lillian) Heath, Butte, Mrs. Don (Rose) O'Brien, Fairfield; Mrs. Elmer (Martha) Jurgens, Belfield, and Mrs. Leonard (Pauline) Kostelnak, Killdeer.

A rosary will be said at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. (Mischel-Olson Chapel, Dickinson) Mrs. Schneider, Former Resident Of Almont Area Mrs. Sophie Emelie Pederson, 85, Hollywood, formerly of Almont, died Friday in Hollywood.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. (MDT) Wednesday at Almont Lutheran Church with the Rev. Richard Hagestuen officiating. Burial will be in the Almont Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ole Feland, Wallace Anderson, Sig Peterson, Walter Bakken, Joe Hoovestol and August Timpe.

Mrs. Pederson was born Jan. 30, 1887, in Clayton County, Iowa, to Mr. and Mrs. Nels Sorun.

She attended schools in Iowa, took nurses training at the Norwegian Deaconess Hospital in Chicago, and attended North Dakota State University. After her marriage to Jonathan Pederson on Dec. 28, 1911, in Veblen, S.D., the couple moved to Almont, where they farmed until 1945, when they moved to California. Mrs. Pederson was the first Sunday School superintendent of the Almont Lutheran Church, of which she was a member.

She was also a member of the church's Ladies Aide and the Almont Homemakers Club. Mrs. Pederson leaves six daughters, Mrs. Roman (Lillian) Peterson, Almont; Mrs. James (Dagmar) be based upon the autopsy findings.

She worked in a grocery store there for 10 years and moved to Linton in 1948. There, she worked in various stores and was assistant cook at the local school. Mrs. Schneider was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She leaves her husband; two sons, Duane L.

and Gerald both of Linton, and a sister, Mrs. Howard (Minnie) Delzcr, Linton. (Kraft Funeral Home, Linton) Hulda Swindler AAott Resident Hulda O. Swindler, 85, Mott, died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Dickinson.

Mrs. Swindler was born to Mr. and Mrs. John A. Arvidson on April 9, 1887, in Stockholm, Sweden.

She came to the United States in 1895 and married Marion F. Swindler at Madison, S.D., on Jan. 23, 1906.
