Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the St. Mary's Catholic Church of New England with tine Rev. Eugene LaMeres officiating. Burial will be made at the church cemeter with Mischel-Olson Funeral Home in 1 charge.

Pallbearers will be Robert L. Clark, Lloyd Zeren, Paul Gardner, Arvin Utter, Arvid G. Wiklund and Earl Rundle. The body will be at the Mis. chel-Olson Chapel from p.m.

C. J. Enders, Bismarck. died Friday morning in New York. Mrs.

Berning was born here on June 17. 1918. She attended St. Mary's High School here and the Dickinson State College. She married Robert, Berning in Lincoln, May 2, 1941.

Mrs. Berning leaves her parents, a brother, Charles S. Enders, and a sister, Mrs. Bernard Hillyer, all of Bismarck. She also leaves seven children, Frank, Schenectady, N.

Mrs. Bob (Patricia) Lilac, in Ohio, Margaret and Mary, in California, and Ellen, Thomas and William, at home. THEY FOUND IT! Ethel Bloomquist of Bismarck. Funeral services for David Bloomquist, 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bloomquist, 6930 Indiana Minneapolis, were held Saturday, Jan. 10 at the Faith Baptist Church of Minneapolis.

David spent the early years of his life in Bismarck and attended schools here. In 1965 his family moved to Minneapolis. He was in the sixth grade there and was in the Morris Nilsen Choir and other active, church activities. He leaves his parents, maternal grandparents. paternal grandmother, and a sister, Debra.

Mike J. Pechtl, 62, New England Resident Mike J. Pechtl, 62, former New England resident, died in LaJolla, early Thursday morning. Mr. Pechtl was born to Joseph and Mary Pechtl at Regent, on April 10, 1907.

He spent his boyhood in Regent and moved with his family to New England in 1924. Mr. Pechtl married Ethel Harrison at New England on June 26, 1929. He was associated with Pechtl Motors in New England until 1947 when he moved to Billings, Mont. He came to this country in 1940 and was employed as an oil tanker captain the Standard Oil Co. on the run from Duluth, to Whiting, Ind. Since his retirement about six years ago, Mr.

Bruun had lived in Hayward and Spooner, and in Bismarck. He leaves brother, Jens, in Norway, and three nephews and a niece of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Fred Theurer, 82, Elgin Area Farmer Fred Theurer, 82, retired Elgin area farmer, died Thursday at the Elgin hospital after a long illness. Mr. Theurer was born to Michael and Magdalena Theurer at Menno, S.D., Aug.

5, 1887. He came the Elgin area with his parents in 1897. They steaded 10 miles north of Elgin. Mr. Theurer married Pauline Weiss at the Stone Church north of Elgin on Oct.

11, 1919. After their marriage they farmed in Minnesota for two years. Mr. Theurer returned to this state and worked in the Beulah coal mines from 1921 to 1925 when he returned to farming. They retired from their farm north of Elgin in 1946, and moved to Elgin.

Mr. Theurer leaves his widow. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Zion American Lutheran Church of Elgin. The Rev.

Sibla, 68, retired Glen Ullin farmer, died at St. Alexius Hospital on Wednesday. Mr. Silbla was born to Price and Anna Cunningham at Burt, Iowa, on Aug. 28, 1901.

After the death of his parents he was taken, in 1903, to Almont to live with his foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Sibla. After their death he lived with the Kottenbrook family north of Glen Ullin until his marriage. On Nov.

17, 1925, he Katherine Freitag at Glen Ullin. They farmed about three miles north of Glen Ullin. Mr. Sibla leaves his widow: two daughters, Mrs. Edward Schaner, Mandan, and Doris, a at home, and two sons, Kenneth, Glen Ullin, and James, at home.

He also leaves a sister, Peter J. Meisner, Glen Ullin, and 17 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Glen the Rev. Mark Renner officiating.

Burial will be made at the Sacred Heart Cemetery with Dittus Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers will be Albert, Peter and Frank Freitag, Frank Constance: Christ Wanner and Schumacher. Mrs. Esther Rooth, Bismarck Resident Funeral services for Mrs. Esther T.

Rooth, 74, 309 Ave. F. East, who died Wednesday in a local hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First eran Church of Bismarck. Rev.

Martinson. Mrs. Rooth was born to Charles G. and Ella Johnson at Watertown, on Sept. 26, 1895.

She was educated in 1 the Watertown schools. Mrs. Rooth lived in Minneapolis for some time before coming to Mandan in 1933. She married Arthur G. Rooth at Bismarck on Aug.

16, 1935. They lived in Mandan until 1952 when they moved to El Paso, Tex. They also lived at Aitkin, for some time before moving to Bismarck in 1965. Mr. Rooth died in 1967.

Mrs. Rooth leaves a son, Lt. Col. Richard A. Rooth, Ft.

Bliss, a daughter, Mrs. Gilbert (Carolyn) Olson, Bismarck, and four grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Hemfer Grefe, Watertown, and and two brothers, Mrs. Ward Nelson, Minneapolis, son, Burlingame, and Melvin Johnson, Le Sueur, Minn.
